1002 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the 1002 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of the services provided.

Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By registering an account or using any part of the 1002 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 1002 platform.
To use the 1002 platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
- Be a legally eligible individual to enter into a binding agreement;
- Not be located in a jurisdiction that prohibits the use of services such as those offered by the 1002 platform;
- Acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
1002 reserves the right to decline or cancel the registration of any user who does not meet these eligibility requirements, at any time and without prior notice.
Account Creation and Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 1002 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
At the point of registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, and current. You are fully responsible for:
- Keeping your password and account login details confidential;
- All activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised or not;
- Notify 1002 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account;
- Keeping your personal information up to date whenever changes occur.
1002 shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from a user's failure to maintain the security of their account.
Platform Usage Rules and User Conduct
All users of the 1002 platform are required to comply with the usage rules set out below. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action being taken against the user's account:
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform;
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the system to gain an unfair advantage;
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
- Using another person's account or allowing another person to use your account;
- Engaging in any activity categorised as fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
- Distributing harmful, deceptive, or harassing content through the platform.
1002 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including suspending accounts, cancelling transactions, or reporting to the relevant authorities.
Financial Transactions, Deposits and Withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit
All transactions on the 1002 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits can be made via approved payment methods including DuitNow, GrabPay, and local bank transfers. Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and valid.
The terms governing financial transactions are as follows:
- Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits are as stated in the platform's payments section;
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same user's name;
- 1002 reserves the right to require identity verification before processing any withdrawal;
- Transactions suspected of involving fraud or illegal activity may be suspended or cancelled without notice;
- Bonuses and promotional credits are subject to individual wagering requirements specified at the time the offer is made.
Deposit and withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method and the user's VIP tier. All approved transactions are final and non-reversible except in exceptional circumstances as determined by 1002.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
1002 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time where there is reasonable cause to do so. Situations that may result in account action include but are not limited to:
- Breach of any terms and conditions set out in this document;
- Confirmation that the user is under 18 years of age;
- Providing false or misleading registration information;
- Activity suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or match manipulation;
- Requests from relevant legal authorities or regulatory bodies.
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be subject to investigation before a decision is made on the return of funds. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so through the account settings section or by contacting the 1002 customer support team.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Changes to Terms
Limitation of Liability
1002 provides its services on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. 1002 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical service disruptions, data loss, or disputed game outcomes.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 1002 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, user interfaces, software, and brand names — is the exclusive property of 1002 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The 1002 platform may contain references or links to third-party services. 1002 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites or services. Users access these links entirely at their own risk.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
1002 reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via platform notifications or their registered email. Continued use of the platform after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms. These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising will be resolved through channels mutually agreed upon by both parties.
